Celebration of the 2nd Anniversary Team-Building Event for Haotai Health Jisheng (Jilin) Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

On November 2, 2024, to celebrate the company’s second anniversary, our organization arranged a series of unique team-building activities aimed at strengthening team cohesion and fostering better communication and interaction among employees. At noon, we all headed to Wanda Cinemas to watch the movie “The Battle for Survival of the Volunteer Army.” The film’s portrayal of the heroes’ resilience and spirit of sacrifice deeply touched each of us, igniting everyone’s patriotic enthusiasm and sense of teamwork.
After returning to the office from the cinema, we held a roundtable discussion in the conference room. Everyone enthusiastically shared their work experiences and interesting anecdotes from daily life, which not only deepened mutual understanding but also injected fresh energy into the team.
Next, we held a dumpling-making competition. Everyone had clearly defined roles: some were responsible for kneading the dough and dividing it into small portions, others for rolling out the wrappers, and still others for wrapping the dumplings. Laughter filled the air, mingled with flying flour, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. When it came time to share the delicious dumplings we’d made ourselves, they tasted even better—and our bonds grew stronger as well. The event was marked by a harmonious atmosphere. Through hands-on collaboration and communication, we not only deepened our mutual understanding but also strengthened our sense of teamwork. We look forward to many more activities like this one, which will continue to foster harmony and growth within our company team.
