Upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China and strengthening Party building are the very foundation of an enterprise. Integrating Party leadership into every aspect of corporate governance ensures that Party organizations occupy a central position within the corporate governance structure, guarantees the efficient operation of the enterprise, and ensures that the enterprise’s development direction always aligns with the nation’s strategic goals and the overall needs of the economy and society. Scientifically formulating corporate development strategies will guide enterprises to move forward steadily on the right path.
The company’s general manager, leading cadres from the Party branch, went deep into the production frontline to conduct research, sitting down face-to-face with frontline employees, offering them heartfelt concern and care, and learning about the difficulties they face in their work and daily life. This allowed employees to feel the genuine care and attention from both the company’s leadership and the Party organization, encouraging them to draw closer to the Party organization, place greater trust in it, and wholeheartedly speak truthfully and openly to the Party. During one such conversation with employees, a worker suggested increasing shifts and shortening the work cycle to ensure that employees have ample energy to perform their frontline duties safely and effectively. After gaining an understanding of the situation, the company’s leadership promptly made arrangements and implemented these suggestions, earning widespread praise from frontline employees. This move has strengthened the bond between the company, the Party, and the employees, and enhanced the cohesion of the Party organization.
Uphold the Chinese spirit, unite Chinese strength, and stay committed to the Chinese path. Without the right path, no matter how beautiful the vision or how grand the dream, they cannot be realized. Without an inspiring spirit, noble character, and unwavering ambition, neither a company nor a nation can stand independently on the world stage.
We must carry forward the spirit of enterprise, the national spirit, and the spirit of the times—energizing our morale, uniting as one, and striving relentlessly for self-improvement. Empty talk harms the country; practical action strengthens it. We must hold lofty ideals while remaining down-to-earth, firmly grounding ourselves in our own tasks, cultivating a spirit of hard work, proposing pragmatic solutions, summoning genuine energy, and getting things done with substance—avoiding empty fame and pursuing no hollow achievements. A sword’s sharpness comes from relentless sharpening; the fragrance of plum blossoms emerges from enduring bitter cold. While enjoying peace and stability, we must remain ever-vigilant against potential dangers, persevere through hardship, overcome obstacles with courage, and forge ahead with unwavering determination.
